There was a difference of hundreds of thousands of lei between the declared income and the wealth acquired by Judge Nina Arabadji in 2019, according to the National Integrity Authority, which verified the magistrate's statements. Previously, Anticoruptie.md uncovered how in just five years, Magistrate Nina Arabadji benefited from three apartments: one offered by the municipality free of charge, another at a preferential price, and the third at market price.

Inspectors began their investigation on July 7, 2020, following an ex officio notification because the judge submitted her declaration of assets and personal interests late. On September 30, 2020, the magistrate appeared at ANI to receive a note of findings. However, the file was only redistributed two years later, on August 20, 2022.

After conducting the checks, the integrity agent found a difference of at least 223,000 lei between the income and wealth acquired by Nina Arabadji during 2019.

Arabadji explained that part of the money came from her father as an inheritance, but also for the purchase of medical equipment.

Regarding the omission of a piece of land, which was certified after the investigation, the magistrate claimed that it was due to a mechanical mistake.

The finding document has been submitted to the court.

Between 2013 and 2018, Magistrate Nina Arabadji benefited from three apartments: one offered by the municipality for free, another at a preferential price, and the third at market price. Anticoruptie.md reporters requested the magistrate's opinion through the press service of the Chisinau Court. They asked if the apartment on Alba Iulia Street in Chisinau was in her possession or use and from which sources she would pay off her debts indicated in the declaration of assets if the maturity period was only two years. Arabadji provided evasive answers, referring to the Law regarding the declaration of assets and personal interests, as well as the one regarding the Superior Council of Magistracy.

The CIJM investigation revealed that in December 2012, Nina Arabadji received a two-room apartment over 70 square meters in a block on Alba Iulia street in Chisinau. At the time of the request, Arabadji's family consisted of two people: the judge and her daughter. The residence was granted based on a 2004 decision of the Court of the Center sector, which forced the Municipal Council to execute. The court had ordered the municipality to provide Nina Arabadji with improved living conditions.

Two years later, after the judge came into possession of the apartment in the Buiucani sector, another apartment appeared in her declaration of wealth and personal interests for the year 2016. The apartment had an area of over 56 square meters with a cadastral value of over 357,000 lei.

A year later, the name of Judge Nina Arabadji was included in the list of magistrates from the Chisinau Court, Râșcani headquarters, who benefited from apartments purchased at a preferential price from the company EXFACTOR-GRUP. The new building has an area of 82 square meters and is located in the Botanica sector of the capital. The building was bought for over 29,520 thousand euros, i.e., 360 euros per square meter, which is twice lower than the price on the primary real estate market.
