The authorities of the Republic of Moldova have irrefutable evidence of attempts by the Russian Federation to alter the political power in Chisinau. The Minister of the Interior, Ana Revenco, made this statement, saying that the claims made by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky regarding attempts to destabilize the situation in the Republic of Moldova are supported by the subversive actions organized by Kremlin supporters.

Revenco says that the plans to destabilize the country are being carried out through the organization of protests, energy blackmail, false bomb alerts, and propaganda in media outlets loyal to Moscow.

"What were the so-called protests last autumn about? What was the series of false bomb alerts about? What were the numerous cyber attacks, constant propaganda, and energy blackmail all about? They are all elements of a hybrid war aimed at radicalizing society and causing significant instability," stated Ana Revenco in an interview with Jurnal TV.

On Thursday, the Intelligence and Security Service (SIS) confirmed the statements made by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. While in Brussels, Zelensky announced that the Ukrainian secret services had provided information to their counterparts in the Republic of Moldova about the Russian Federation's strategy to overthrow the constitutional order in the country.

"When we received this information and realized its source, we immediately warned Moldova of these threats. I'm sure you would have done the same," Zelensky explained.
