Nicolae Ghenciu, former head of the Human Resource Division of the Ministry of Education, former minister dismissed by Maia Sandu was reinstated yesterday at the Buiucani district Court. The news was announced by former Minister of Education on her official page on Facebook.
Maia Sandu said that Ghenciu was dismissed for unsatisfactory performance. "The judge did not agree with the assessment of former leadership of the ministry; she probably knows better how he worked”, said Sandu.
Ex-minister also said that Nicolae Ghenciu was dismissed three times by three Ministers of Education and he was reinstated every time.
According to her, Ghenciu managed to delay for years the examination of the cases at the Court to extend his "vacation" and charge huge sums from the state budget.
